This document is the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) for the proposed Knolls of Dover project. It has been posted pursuant to Dover Town Law 61-4 and the State Environmental Quality Review Act (6 NYCRR 617).
Please note that this document supersedes all previous versions of the DEIS that had been posted on the Town's website. The Dover Town Board, acting as Lead Agency under SEQRA, issued a Notice of Completion for the DEIS on April 29, 2009, and scheduled two public hearings: Saturday, May 30, 2009, at 9:00 AM at the Dover Middle/High School, and Wednesday, June 3, 2009, at 6:30 PM at the Dover Middle/High School.
Comments on this document are requested and will be accepted by the Town Board until June 30, 2009. All comments should be directed to Supervisor Ryan Courtien at 126 East Duncan Hill Road, Dover Plains, NY 12522.
Copies of this document are available for public review at Town Hall and the Dover Plains Public Library.".
